My Way to Yiquan   My Way to Yao Chengrong

 

I, Walter Marek, born in Vienna, Austria on 6/11/1961. I decide on my free will to become a Yiquan masterstudent of Master Yao Chengrong.

 

As I saw aphoto of Post Standing at first time, I was fasinated and knew that what is I want to do in my livespan. I had no teacher then, and was doing standing training according to a book of Da Cheng Quan. After a while, my friend, Mr. Chen Jumin told me about Yiquan and tought me about a year. Jumin sent me to China to his teacher, Master Yao Chengrong who is well known as the best Yiquan teacher.

 

As I saw Master Yao the first time to do training in the park with his students in Beijing, I was shocked by his skill and immediately decided to study with him. He is not only a great master of Yiquan, especially, he is a very friendly and honest person.

 

I have been very glad that Master Yao teaching me for three years and more than that, he accepts me to be one of his masterstudent.

 

Although I have been engaged in private business, I 'll do my best to present Yiquan as a good manner.
